Delivery: within 7-10 days of order, apart from the lead up to Christmas when order deadlines and delivery times are given on our home page. Please do allow extra time in the build up to Christmas. Please call for overseas postage rates,and if required in time for a Birthday.

Loss or damage of goods must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt. In the case of goods that have been incorrectly ordered, we make a nominal charge of 15% of the purchase price. All goods that are returned must be in original condition.
