Goods will normally be despatched within one week and after cheques have cleared. Please allow a few extra days in the build up to christmas.
Loss or damage of goods must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt. In the case of goods that have been incorrectly ordered, we make a nominal charge of 15% of the purchase price. All goods that are returned must be in original condition.
